Where allowable this offers the full flexibility of self-employed status and payment. This option is dependant on the terms of the contracts relevant to the assignment you are on. It means that where we can you can work and be paid on self-employed basis. We operate a “self-billing” system which means you don’t even have to send us an invoice and all our paperwork is clear and concise.

Where the work you are doing counts as construction work (defined by the Construction Industry Scheme) then we will verify you and pay you subject to CIS deduction.

We also offer access to our insurances where required and can often be more cost effective as you only pay for when you need it.
